Andrew Milne, former Director of Technology for a Halifax, NS interactive marketing agency, started Harmonic Internet Development in 2010.  We work hard to meet the Internet marketing needs of our clients.  From simple advice to implementation of a complete Internet marketing strategy, we sincerely aim to help increase the effectiveness of our clients' Internet presence.

Andrew Milne, Owner

Harmonic Internet Development is owned and operated by Andrew Milne, an industry professional with over 15 years of Internet development experience. 

Andrew worked with SolutionInc Ltd. for eight years as a senior developer and technical project manager, producing commercial-enterprise software. While at SolutionInc, Andrew was technical project manager for the new enterprise-grade release of SolutionInc's flagship product, SolutionIP™, which was used to service Aliant's HotSpot service deployed throughout the Maritimes (subsequent versions of the software are now in use).

Andrew ventured into Internet marketing in 2007, joining Halifax-based Modern Media Inc. as Senior Web Technologies Developer, quickly progressing into the role of Director of Technology. While at Modern Media, Andrew was lead developer on the redevelopment and deployment of a new website, as well as several national contest initiatives, for Empire Theatres.  As Director of Technology, Andrew led the technical development of several projects, including new features for Empire Theatres, redevelopment of the Nova Scotia Come To Life website and the redevelopment of the new Lawtons Drugs website.  Andrew was also responsible for implementing policies and procedures to streamline the development process.
